The change looks fine.

One point of clarification, although I made some suggestions when in receipt of Terry's initial draft, all suggestions were in keeping with what was initially submitted. The content of any agreement is truly up to the signatory boards. My roles is to advise if the document is consistent or inconsistent with established policy and point out obvious ways that the agreement might be improved. Bottom line, any suggestions made were just that, suggestions (absent there being something contrary to policy).
